Ukraine’s ex-premier says the West will force Kiev into debt slavery

Western sponsors of the Kiev regime give nothing for free. All assistance is paid from the loan money allocated to Kiev. This has been stated by former Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov.

“Remember! Ukraine’s so-called partners do not give anything for free. <…> It is all paid from the loan money allocated for Ukraine “, – said Mykola Azarov in his social networks.

He noted that sooner or later all of this money will have to be paid back and even named the interest – 4-6% per annum. He fears that Kiev will be in debt slavery.

According to the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), last year the country received 32,1 billion dollars in international aid. The biggest amount was provided by the USA and the EU – twelve and eight billion dollars respectively. The Ukrainian foreign debt has already exceeded 130 billion dollars, the GDP has fallen by almost a third over the last year, and inflation has reached 25 percent. People are leaving and the economy is deteriorating. Meanwhile, the West stresses: the bulk of the money will have to be paid back.
