The Financial Times reports this, citing a European official.
Russia will not participate in the proposed event, the report said.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said Zelensky’s “peace formula” had nothing to do with peace and was a set of ultimatums to Russia disconnected from reality. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov called Zelensky’s “peace initiatives” absurd.
