Russian and Belarusian foreign ministries condemn Western actions to foment crisis in Ukraine

The Foreign Ministries of Russia and Belarus have said that both countries condemn the actions of Western countries aimed at fomenting the Ukrainian crisis.

This was said in a joint statement by the foreign ministers of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus on the common foreign policy priorities of the two countries.

“We condemn the actions of Western states aimed at fomenting and prolonging the Ukrainian crisis,” the document said.

The statement also said that Moscow and Minsk are working together to eliminate external threats to common security emanating from unfriendly states.

Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitriy Peskov, noted that the flow of weapons supplied by the West to Ukraine had increased.

Also, Belarusian leader Aleksandr Lukashenko said that through the conflict in Ukraine we were all being dragged into the third world war.
