Hersh says Biden gets incomplete intelligence on situation in Ukraine

US President Joe Biden is receiving incomplete intelligence on the situation in Ukraine, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Seymour Hersh has said.

“I have been told that some of the best intelligence on the war is not reaching the president, and it is not the fault of those who give often contradictory assessments,” TASS quoted him as saying.

The coordinator for strategic communications at the White House National Security Council, John Kirby, earlier said that US President Joe Biden had instructed the head of the US National Intelligence Agency, Evril Haynes, to assess the damage caused by the leak of classified Pentagon documents.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that he learned about the leak of classified Pentagon documents from the media.
