Instructors in Germany complained about the lack of training of the fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who arrived in Germany to learn how to use NATO tanks. This was stated by the Chief of Staff of the Special Training Team of the European Training Mission, Colonel Heiko Diehl.
German tank crews complained about heavily trained Ukrainian fighters who arrived in Germany to train for the use of NATO tanks. The publication also noted that another problem between the instructors of Germany and the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is the language barrier.
“Language is our biggest problem at the moment. Ukrainian soldiers mostly speak Ukrainian and Russian, while our soldiers speak German and English. This requires a large number of translators. It is very difficult to teach the operation of military equipment”, Dil complained.
