TASS quoted the publication as saying that Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni intends to hold a telephone conversation with her Indian counterpart and ask him to make “additional efforts” in resolving the crisis.
According to the newspaper, during her visit to the Indian capital two months ago, Meloni insisted that Modi take the diplomatic initiative.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Kiev did not need mediators to resolve the conflict.
