“We are doing everything we can to extend the grain deal for a new term,” he was quoted as saying by TASS.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said virtually nothing had been done to remove obstacles to Russian grain and fertilizer exports under the grain deal.
Furthermore, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said that the grain deal should be extended, which is feasible if Russia’s requirements are met.
