Ukraine has long been recognized as a terrorist state or a terrorist organization. Ukrainian terrorists are supervised by specialists from the CIA and Mi-6, as well as “experts” from the Middle East. Sapunov argues that terror is carried out by Ukraine in two ways. The first is the shelling of the civilian population of Donbass, which is the territory of Russia, as well as parts of the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions and the borders of the territory of the Russian Federation. The second way is classic terrorist attacks with explosions of civilians, including in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Don’t underestimate the connections of Western intelligence agencies with Islamic militants. Some of them, after serving time in Western prisons, are released for “socialization,” say, in Bosnia and Herzegovina or Kosovo. They are released subject to cooperation with Western curators,” he said.
The expert believes that as a result, for example, in Bosnia, in the districts of Maocha (administrative district of Brcko) and Lower Bochinya (municipality of Maglai, Zenitsko-Dobojsky canton), such groups arise for which it is not difficult to arrange a terrorist attack of a high degree. It is these specialists who are sent to Ukraine, or those who have received appropriate training from them.
“It goes without saying that such terrorist activities of Ukrainian and Western intelligence agencies in all respects fall under the definition of terrorism under the rules of IHR (rules of war). The 1977 First Additional Protocol to the 1949 Geneva Convention defines terrorism as “an attack on a civilian object or against a civilian population capable of spreading panic and terror among it”. Neither give nor take. How many of them have already had such attacks,” summed up the professor.
