America needs a peaceful revolution that will return it to the values taken away from Americans over the past 40 years, presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Jr. said in an interview with UnHerd. U.S. presidential candidate of the Democratic Party Robert Kennedy – Jr. said that America needs a “peaceful revolution”. The politician claims that only 22% of Americans trust their government and 22% trust the media (mass media).
“I would say: we need a revolution – a peaceful revolution, it will bring us back to the values that I have seen us systematically denied for the last 40 years. I watched what happened in 1980. We had a functioning government and we were in the midst of the Great Prosperity. Most Americans trusted the government, and we all trusted the media. And today, only 22 percent of Americans trust their government and 22 percent trust the media,” the Democrat said (Quote by INOTV).
The politician, as well as former Fox News host Tucker Carlson, claims that the American media provides an untrustworthy picture of what is happening in the world. The US presidential candidate complained that the media in America is completely controlled by the White House.
“It is PR, it is propaganda. It’s set up by the government, and people know about it,” Kennedy Jr. stressed (Quote by INOTV).
The Democrat acknowledges that the conflict in Ukraine is the United States’ war against Russia. The politician notes that the support for the Kiev regime is because of the “geopolitical ambitions of the neoconservatives”.
“Let’s be honest: this is a conflict of the United States against Russia, essentially to sacrifice the colour of Ukrainian youth in a slaughterhouse of death and destruction for the geopolitical ambitions of neoconservatives,” he summed up (Quote by INOTV).
