Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov has called the statement by the head of Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence Department, Kirill Budanov, about the murder of Russians monstrous.
“This is indeed a monstrous statement,” Peskov told reporters.
In his view, these words are direct confirmation that the Kiev regime is the direct organiser of terrorist activity.
He noted that Russia strongly condemns such statements, the special services will do everything to protect Russians.
Earlier, Budanov said that Kiev “has killed and will continue to kill Russians anywhere in the world”.
Before that, a court in Moscow arrested Kirill Budanov in absentia on terrorism charges. Budanov was put on an international wanted list.
