Turkey has no plan for resolving the Ukraine crisis, but Ankara has offered its “perspective” on resolving the conflict, Turkish presidential spokesman Ibrahim Kalın told Habertürk television channel.

However, according to the politician, the proposed option cannot be called a plan.
According to Kalın, the conflict was initially called a “war of attrition”.
“But that assessment proved false… Russia still has its military and economic strength,” he was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on 7 April that talks on a settlement in Ukraine could only be held on the basis of taking into account Russian interests.
