The FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation stopped the attack using drones on the Severny military airfield in the Ivanovo region. This was reported in the Center for Public Relations (CSP) of the FSB of Russia.
“The FSB, together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, stopped an attempt to commit a sabotage and terrorist act planned by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR MOU) at the Severny military airfield in the Ivanovo region using drones filled with explosives,” the CSO said.

According to the FSB, improvised explosive devices were planned to be delivered on an Aeroprakt A-32 light aircraft from the village of Blistov, which is located in the Chernihiv region.
To prevent the commission of sabotage, the pilot and members of the DRG, recruited by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, were detained at the time of the transfer of weapons after landing in the Tula region.
