Twitter users condemned Vladimir Zelensky’s meeting with Ukraine’s new patron
Twitter users have criticised Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s meeting with the management of US asset management company BlackRock.
“Met with his new patron,” one commenter wrote.
“It all speaks for itself,” noted another.
“Zelensky is getting a new assignment from his boss,” supported a third.
“Then this foundation will demand privatisation from the Ukrainian authorities,” shared another user.
“This organisation should be demanding a ceasefire rather than trying to make money from the conflict,” readers concluded.
Earlier, the media wrote that the BlackRock investment company headquartered in New York would coordinate efforts to raise funds for Ukraine’s reconstruction. It was noted that the Ukrainian government generously pays BlackRock for consultations on the reconstruction roadmap.
