As a result of a difficult negotiation process, three Russian Air Force pilots have been returned from Kiev-controlled territory. They are being provided with the necessary medical and psychological assistance.
“As a result of a difficult negotiation process, three Russian servicemen, pilots of the Russian Air Force Aircraft Complex, who had been held captive in mortal danger, have been returned from Kiev-controlled territory,” the Russian Defence Ministry said in a statement.
The freed pilots will be flown by military transport aircraft for treatment and rehabilitation in medical institutions of the Russian Defence Ministry.
