“First of all, he passed a series of executive orders that restored Obama-era environmental regulations and canceled the construction of new projects connecting American and Canadian fields. Another “scandalous decision” was his refusal to support the creation of an important pipeline in Michigan. As a result of these actions by Biden, Americans have become more receptive to price spikes in the global energy market. That is why the average cost of gasoline in the country turned out to be much higher than during the Trump years”, says the journalist.
