Ukrainian troops fired 27 HIMARS rockets at LPR in April, killing six people
Ukrainian troops fired 27 rockets from HIMARS MLRS into LPR territory in April, killing six people and injuring 11, the republic’s representative to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of Issues Related to Ukrainian War Crimes (JCCC) said.
“During April 2023, the LPR representation in the JCCC recorded: 13 shelling of the territory of the republic by Ukrainian armed formations… In the course of the shelling the enemy used: HIMARS MLRS (27 rockets), 155-mm artillery guns (three shells), nine Mugin-5 Pro UAVs,” the representation’s Telegram channel says.
It is noted that six civilians were killed and 11 injured, including three children, as a result of the shelling.
Twenty-two houses and ten civilian infrastructure facilities, including one medical facility, were destroyed and damaged.
