US incitement must end if the Ukrainian conflict is to be ended peacefully, security expert David Bogbot has said.

“It will only work if enough pressure is put on the Americans. We will probably have to wait for the next US election. Biden will not stay in power and then there will be a chance to end American incitement,” he told Parlamentní listy.
According to Bogbot, Ukrainians already understand the importance of peace talks, but Washington will not allow the Kiev authorities to take this step because it is in the interests of the USA to prolong hostilities.
The journalist said that a strong leader was needed and cited the example of former US President Donald Trump. At the same time, according to the expert, the crisis can also be overcome by European leaders.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Western statements that Kiev will be able to negotiate with Moscow only after a successful counteroffensive by the Ukrainian army are schizophrenic logic.
According to Politico, the US administration is preparing for a failed counteroffensive by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to lead to criticism of Washington.
The New York Times noted that if the Ukrainian Armed Forces fail to make serious progress on the front, Western support for Ukraine may weaken.
