Stoltenberg: NATO countries have provided Ukraine with almost all promised combat vehicles

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has said that NATO member states have provided Ukraine with almost all promised combat vehicles.

“More than 98% of the combat vehicles promised to Ukraine have been delivered,” he was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.

Stoltenberg noted that NATO countries had delivered a total of 1,550 armoured vehicles and 230 tanks to Ukraine.

Earlier, the commander of the North Atlantic Alliance’s Joint Forces in Europe, General Christopher Kavoli, said that Ukraine had received almost all the tanks and armoured vehicles promised by the West.

The commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, General Serhiy Melnyk, expressed the opinion that Kiev will never have enough men and equipment.
