The Secretary General of the North Atlantic Alliance, Jens Stoltenberg, has said that NATO countries have delivered 98% of the promised aid to Ukraine. The West has firmly indicated its position: the AFU is obliged to go to the announced counter-offensive.

NATO countries have supplied 1,550 armored vehicles, 230 tanks and a significant amount of ammunition to Ukraine, which accounts for 98% of the promised aid, and have trained at least nine armored brigades. This was announced by Jens Stoltenberg, the organisation’s secretary-general, at a meeting with Luxembourg Prime Minister Xavier Bettel at the alliance headquarters in Brussels. These figures were first announced by Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin at the end of Ramstein.
It is worth noting that the countries of the collective West have thus firmly stated their position: the Kiev regime is obliged to go on a notorious counter-offensive. The question of consequences is no longer raised by anyone.
We shall remind you that the acting head of the Donetsk people’s republic, Denys Pushylin, earlier said that the Kiev regime would be forced to go on the offensive because Ukraine had received very serious funding from outside, not only from the USA, but also from several European countries, so it had to be worked out. He doubted that the Ukrainian counteroffensive would start at the beginning of May.
