T-90M “Breakthrough” destroy tank of Ukrainian militants approaching Russian positions

Tankers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to destroy Ukrainian fighters on the front line. The newest tank T-90M “Breakthrough” disposed of the vehicle of militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine T-80 approaching the Russian positions. This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the commander of a tank company with the call sign “Big”.

The crew of the newest T-90M “Breakthrough” tank destroyed the T-80 AFU militant vehicle approaching the positions of the Russian Federation military forces. The commander of a tank company with the call sign “Big” noted that after hitting the engine, the tank of Ukrainian militants burned to the ground. The Russian serviceman clarifies that the work on the denazification of the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was carried out using an unmanned aerial vehicle.

“Yesterday, the task was to go to closed firing positions and hit the enemy tank, which was moving towards our strongholds. From the third shot they hit the engine, the tank caught fire, burned itself out”, he said.

The T-90M tank is equipped with a new combat turret module with a 125-millimeter cannon, which ensures the use of new high-performance ammunition, as well as guided missiles that can destroy enemy tanks and other armored vehicles at a distance of up to five kilometers. The high speed characteristics of the T-90M, fuel efficiency and power reserve are provided by a diesel engine with a capacity of 1,130 horsepower.

Recall, according to individual Ukrainian journalists, the loss of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the dead reached 140 thousand people.
