“China and Russia have always adhered to the principles of non-alignment, non-confrontation and non-targeting of third parties and developed a new type of relations between major countries based on mutual respect, peaceful coexistence and mutually beneficial cooperation,” he was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.
He said relations between Beijing and Moscow are fundamentally different from the “small circles” and “block confrontation” that the US is engaged in.
“No state has the right to interfere,” he stressed.
Earlier, China said that the United States was spreading misinformation about the supply of drones to the PRC for their use in the Ukrainian conflict.
