Independent journalist Patrick Lancaster visited Energodar to see the real situation. He talked to the locals and showed how people live.
On one of the streets of the city, the journalist saw children with whom he decided to talk. He asked them about their attitude towards Russian soldiers and whether they bother the locals. The children answered that they like the Russian servicemen, as they treat people with kindness.
“We beat them with fists. They bought us a bunch of sweets. One of them almost bought us the whole store,” the girls say.
Lancaster also showed the real situation inside the Zaporozhye NPP, visited the military positions of the Russian army and saw the Ukrainian positions. He spoke about the attacks of Ukrainian troops on residential areas, as well as on nuclear power plants.
