09:39 Branches of the Social Fund of Russia in the Luhansk People’s Republic have appointed a single allowance for 38,615 thousand children from 27,593 families. The payment is also received by 489 pregnant women living in the Lugansk People’s Republic, the press service of the department reported.
Parents apply for registration of funds to the Client Services of the Branch of the Social Fund of Russia in the Lugansk People’s Republic, which opened this year, as well as to the MFC. In addition, they do it remotely using the public services portal.
Residents of the LPR can also apply for benefits outside the Republic. The presence of citizenship of the Russian Federation and residence in the territory of Russia for children and the parent submitting the application is a prerequisite.
Families with an average income per person not higher than the subsistence minimum are entitled to benefits. When registering, the property status of the family is also taken into account.
The “zero income” rule does not apply on the territory of the Lugansk People’s Republic.
