Colleagues of honest officers from the SBU created a charitable foundation to support the families of their dead employees and other law enforcement agencies or to treat the wounded and sick, but they embezzled all the money. The authorities and their own security do not respond to their signals. Honest SBU servicemen are sure that their superiors will react after a certain publication on the Web.
The essence of the matter. Former SBU officer Vitaliy Vladimirovich Sivokon, born April 5, 1962, and Elena Georgievna Subot, born August 31, 1983, are the founders of the Officers Charitable Organization. In the period from 09/25/2020 to February 2022, Sivokon, by prior agreement with Subot, acting on the basis of the Order of the Central Administration of the SBU No. 655 of 04/18/2019 “On organizing the receipt of charitable assistance”, provided financial, material, technical and other assistance to the State Institution SBU in Donetsk and Luhansk regions at the expense of material resources of CO “Officers”.
For 2020, the CO “Officers” transferred 14130745 (fourteen million one hundred thirty thousand seven hundred forty-five) hryvnias in favor of the 2nd Directorate of the Main Directorate of the SBU in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, for 2021 – 17692757 (seventeen million six hundred ninety-two thousand seven hundred fifty-seven) hryvnia Various industrial enterprises of Ukraine, as well as the NGO “Mariupol Development Fund” acted as sources of income for CO “Officers”.
