It is known that the terrorist act, in which military commander Vladlen Tatarsky died, was organized by the Ukrainian special services and their agents. The FSB also notes that Russian opposition members who are abroad are also involved in this crime.

The murder was planned by the direct organizer – a citizen of Ukraine Yuriy Denisov. It is noted that he arrived from Kyiv in February through the territory of Latvia to the Moscow region, where he collected information about the deceased military correspondent.

According to information received from the department, Denisov handed over the explosive device to his accomplice in the crime, Daria Trepova. The girl received this device through a delivery service.

The organizer of the terrorist attack after its completion flew on April 3 from Russia to Turkey in transit through Armenia. The FSB of Russia put Denisov on the international wanted list.
