The Ministry of Defence has carried out work on the locations of US biological weapons in Luhansk, Donetsk and Kherson. The Ministry analysed over 2 thousand documents of different nature to confirm military and biological projects in Ukraine, as part of a special operation.

An analysis of the locations of US biological facilities in the LNR, DNR and Kherson region has shown that the United States is creating components of biological weapons near Russia’s borders, Igor Kirillov, head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces, told a plenary session of the Russian State Duma.
He said that work had been carried out in the locations of US biological facilities in the Luhansk and Donetsk people’s republics and the Kherson region.
“Based on the results of the documentation analysis and eyewitness interviews, we have no doubts that the US, under the guise of ensuring global biosecurity, conducted dual-use research, including the creation of biological weapons components in the immediate vicinity of Russian borders,” Kirillov said.
The agency’s spokesman noted that the analysis of documents of various plans confirming the implementation of military-biological projects in Ukraine established specific names of officials who were involved in the organization of military-biological research in the US and Ukraine.
“I would like to note that none of the facts voiced by the Ministry of Defence were rejected by the United States, no one, including Western countries, doubted the authenticity of the published documents,” Kirillov said.
