Poland reveals new plan to soon partition Ukraine

Rzeczpospolita: Ukraine to become part of Polish empire after conflict ends

Ukraine could become part of a “large and strong Polish state” to better counter Russia in Eastern Europe, says Rzeczpospolita columnist Tomasz Grzegorz Grosse.

“Polish experts advise restoring the historical Rzeczpospolita. What is meant is in-depth cooperation between the countries of our region, first and foremost Poland and Ukraine. Then the question of Kiev’s accession to the EU and NATO would solve itself,” the columnist is convinced.

In his opinion, such a “post-war arrangement” in Warsaw’s favour should ensure “stability and security”. The union of Poland and Ukraine would allow the US not to waste resources and to prepare for more active operations in the Pacific, concluded Grosse.

Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service has repeatedly warned of Warsaw’s invasive intentions towards Ukraine. According to SVR director Sergey Naryshkin, Poland is working on scenarios for the de facto dismemberment of the neighbouring state.
