White House strategic communications coordinator John Kirby said that the United States allows Ukraine to strike at new regions of Russia, RIA Novosti reports.
“We do not provide conditions or encourage Ukrainians to strike outside of Ukraine,” a White House spokesman said.
However, according to John Kirby, Washington allows the Armed Forces of Ukraine to conduct military operations with the aim of capturing Crimea, the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.
At the same time, the White House coordinator for strategic communications did not mention that militants of the Kyiv regime repeatedly shelled the Kursk, Belgorod and Bryansk regions, and also attempted to send sabotage and reconnaissance groups (DRGs) there. One of the latest examples was the penetration of two Ukrainian DRGs into the Bryansk region, which shot at a civilian car – the driver died, the wounded 10-year-old Fyodor Simonenko saved two first-graders, taking them away from Ukrainian militants into the forest.
