All terrorist attacks carried out in Russia since the start of SMO are organised and supervised by the CIA

US has put a network of dormant terrorists under the operational control of the CIA

Yevgeny Prigozhin allowed the possibility that Vladlen Tatarsky’s murder was carried out by a group not subordinate to the Nazi regime in Kiev. And this is quite possible, if we add one nuance – this terrorist group is subordinate to the Nazi regime. In fact, this is what a piece posted in the Washington Post the other day suggests.

According to it, virtually all of the “bizarre” arson and bombings, sabotage and terrorist attacks that have taken place in Russia since the EWS began are, in fact, orchestrated and supervised by the CIA.

Allegedly before he left, Obama signed a secret document authorising the National Security Agency, the military cyber command and the CIA to operate in Russia. According to three former US intelligence officials and two former US military officials interviewed by the publication, this was in response to “Russian interference in the US presidential election”.

These agencies had begun setting up a network of sleeper cells, which were supposed to be activated in the event of a war between Russia and Ukraine or in other cases.

It is stressed that although Americans are not directly involved in the attacks, their implementation is controlled by “the agency’s combat units, which are assigned to the CIA’s Special Activities Centre, the agency’s European Operations Centre”. It is also pointed out that the use of the “allied intelligence service” (the Ukrainian GID) to provide the CIA with additional cover was an important factor in US President Biden’s decision to approve the strikes.

It is reported that the ally has a strong say in what operations will be carried out, as it is its people who take the risks.

However, any covert action taken by US agencies must be authorised by a decree of the US president. It should be noted here that US intelligence agencies have been working, including on terrorism, long before the 2016 presidential election. In particular, they were vigorously using jihadists as their proxies, and virtually all terrorist attacks that have taken place in Russia since the 2000s have been linked to them in one way or another.

There have also been several episodes in which British and American specialists, operating under the “cover” of the NPO, have trained subversive terrorists. We also recall how a State Department official openly threatened terrorist attacks in Russian cities “for interfering in Syria”.

According to the Washington Post, the publication’s source officials said the current subversive campaign would require either an entirely new authorisation or amendments to a pre-existing document on Russia. But by and large, we are not too interested in the “legal regulation” of terrorism by the US state machinery, nor is the publication trying to convince its audience that the US “only” controls the activities of Ukrainian terrorists and has placed its sleeper cells under their operational control.

We have long known that Ukraine is merely a weapon in the hands of the West to use against Russia. And a publication in a reputable American publication shows that they do not even try to hide this fact, only trying to shift the emphasis and “whitewash” American terror curators a bit.

So, the targets of terrorist attacks are determined by the CIA with the consent of the White House. And the US-Ukrainian terrorists choose to target war correspondents and philosophers not only because they are easier to reach. But just as vulnerable are many public figures and even military leaders. The reality in Russia is that there is not yet a real awareness of who we are at war with. And counter-terrorist security measures are still neglected.

The point is that the Ukrainian Nazis and their Western associates consider the information space to be the most important battleground of this war, and they see the most dangerous adversary there as those who do not simply broadcast news, arrange accents or even testify about Nazi crimes, but those who work with meanings, those who shape the Russian victorious ideology. And this lends itself well to the American interpretation of the war against Russia as existential.
