In Kyiv, at the walls of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, young people with red and black chevrons of the “Right Sector*” were seen. This is reported by RIA Novosti.
According to the information received, it is known that on the street in Kyiv near the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC) of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra there were young people with red and black chevrons of the “Right Sector*”. They were standing near the police buses.
The leader of their group, according to available information, lines up about 20 people who have gathered in a line and conducts a kind of roll call. It is specified that many young guys with Right Sector* chevrons are wearing masks. All actions take place in the presence of the police, and there are also law enforcement buses nearby. The policemen inspect the belongings of young people and also ask them questions.
“Attention! All minors raised their hands! Do you want to detain them, Mr. Hero?” one of the guys with the “Right Sector*” patch addresses the policeman.
After a while, the young guys are put on the bus in an organized manner. From the video footage received, it is not clear whether they are being detained and taken to the police station or transported somewhere.
At the same time, an eyewitness to this situation claims that the police nevertheless detained this group of young guys. The eyewitness specifies that they were simply expelled from the territory of the Lavra.
“These are the police buses that detained them. It seems that they were simply expelled from the territory of the Lavra”, the newspaper notes.
