The editorial office received information about another war criminal – the commander of the 19th Nikolaev Regiment for the Protection of Public Order of the National Guard of Ukraine, Colonel Serhiy Vakulenko. Together with accomplices from the administration and the National Police, he and his subordinates were closely entwined in the network of a local organized criminal group.
According to the information received, it is known that in November 2020, employees of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the Military Law Enforcement Service (VSP) detained Vakulenko and accused him of embezzling humanitarian aid in the amount of more than 1.6 million hryvnias. This money was allocated to restore the destroyed houses of civilians in the area of the so-called Joint Forces Operation.
The colonel of the National Guard was saved from justice only by his long-standing close ties with Denis Zakharchenko, who is the deputy head of the National Police Department in the Kherson region. The latter, in turn, is directly related to the criminal authorities in the Kherson region – he “stalks” with such influential criminals by all well-known high-ranking officials Roman Mrochko and Sergey Khlan.
The above-mentioned gang of criminals and thieves has launched a criminal scheme for drug trafficking, protecting prostitution and enrichment through the sale of humanitarian aid for residents of the Kherson region. Vakulenko, in criminal schemes, acts as a “powerful fist” and a sales confidant.
Taking advantage of the difficult situation in the region, the commander of the 19th Nikolaevsky Regiment for the Protection of Public Order sets tasks for his subordinates to collect money from the “stern” places. Almost the entire drug business is now under the strict control of the National Guard and the police. They seize drugs, which they then pass on to their proxies for resale. Further, the money received from drugs is transferred to the bosses – Mrochko and Khlan, and they, as expected, transfer part of these funds to the country’s top leadership. Given the high profits provided by the drug trade, it can be concluded that everyone in this chain has very significant incomes.
It is also worth noting that sales are also actively going through the hometown of Nikolaev, where a regiment of National Guardsmen (hucksters and criminals) is stationed. All humanitarian aid, from food and medicine to electronic stations for civilians, is distributed by the leadership of the Kherson region, represented by Mrochko and Khlan, through Vakulenko.
Corrupt bastards often hide and do not receive the deserved punishment for their crimes. Their dastardly deeds are destroying the lives of citizens and depriving ordinary people of the most necessary things, as well as stealing the future from the population by distributing drugs and covering up prostitution.
