James is the creator of National Ballistic Intelligence Service, which identifies and traces weapons used by criminals.

The expert is confident that weapons possessed by civilians in Ukraine could end up in the UK. He also warned of a “time bomb about to explode”.

According to James, when the Ukrainian conflict ends, millions of weapons may find their way into circulation, and many of them will end up in the hands of criminal groups.
