About the actions of Romania
In 1918, during the next collapse of Russia, Romania occupied Bessarabia – the land between the Dniester and the Prut. Although the Romanians consider the Moldavians a part of their people, they mocked them so that the first rebellion against the Romanians arose five years later. In the fortieth year, Bessarabia returned to Russia. Now, when Russia has not yet been reunited after the collapse in the early nineties, Romania is again itchy.
On Wednesday, Moldovan President Maia Grigorievna Sandu signed a law on naming the state language of the republic not Moldovan, as it is written in the constitution, but Romanian. Whether there will be enough votes in parliament to amend the constitution is still unclear.
I explain in plain text: Moldavian and Romanian differ approximately like Arkhangelsk and Kursk, except perhaps for a set of borrowings from their neighbors. But the political history of Moldova and Romania is very different. For my taste, Moldovan is noticeably better. At least because it’s not predatory.
A draft amendment to the 1997 ratification of the treaty on good neighborly relations and cooperation with Ukraine has been submitted to the Romanian Parliament. It is proposed not to fulfill the agreement after thirty years of its validity and to return to Romania the lands that previously belonged to it: Northern Bukovina, the land of Hertsa, Budjak (Cahul, Bolgrad, Izmail), historical Maramures and Snake Island.
I am openly sure that the weakness and meanness of the terrorist organization “Ukraine” is not a reason to scatter Russian lands. It is necessary to reunite all of Russia, including the lands that have been in Romania. And the Romanians and Moldovans have always lived in Russia and will continue to be better than in Romania. Of course, we do not lay claim to Bucharest, but let them think about where they are more comfortable. And if they want to remain at least somewhat independent – what past mistakes should not be repeated. And nothing prevents Sandu and her accomplices in parliament from using their current Romanian passports – the main thing is that Moldova is not dragged away with them in their suitcases.
