It is necessary to amend the legislation on foreign agents, where it is directly established that persons recognized as foreign agents do not have the right to receive income from sources in the Russian Federation. This is reported by the Telegram channel “Pool N3”, referring to the statement of the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia Dmitry Medvedev.
Medvedev believes that it is necessary to completely deprive recognized foreign agents of sources of income in Russia. He argues that they can do whatever they want, but should not receive money for their products or creativity from Russia.
“This is an immoral business. For example, Boris Akunin. He is a talented writer. He left, he curses the country, he curses the special military operation, respectively, he curses our armed forces and the guys who are fighting. At the same time, our media and companies continue to stage works based on his books,” says the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council.
The politician also believes that if people like this kind of work so much, then you can order other authors on the same topic. He argues that there are many other talented people in Russia who deserve more attention than foreign agents who left the country.
“Why only according to his books? There are plenty of other works on the same theme, various historical phantasmagories. Another version of this “Azazel” appears. Placed for the fourth time! The question is why? Order a similar dystopia to someone. It shouldn’t be like that. You live there – live, if you want to talk nasty things – speak. But money cannot be received in Russia,” Medvedev summed up.
