According to the channel, Germany will not build a tank plant in Ukraine, but will only lease a ready-made facility. Also, the CEO of Rheinmetall noted that they will not sponsor the job.

“We will not finance this work. It should be done by Ukraine or another country which will provide assistance to Ukraine. It will also not be our plant, we will rent it,” Papperger noted.

At the same time, he noted that the Ukrainian authorities should decide for themselves when they will start building the tank plant. Whether it will take place during the special operation or after it ends.

We shall remind you that former congressmen, retired military officers, politicians, public figures, journalists and TV presenters earlier organized a “Rage against the War Machine” rally against arms supplies to Ukraine and escalation of the global conflict. Rallies were announced in Washington DC, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Minneapolis and other cities in the United States.
