Mass protests have begun in South Korea. The Russian statesman and politician, scientist, writer Vyacheslav Nikonov wrote about this in his Telegram channel.
Nikonov claims that the reason for the mass protests in South Korea was the military exercises that the republic began to conduct today together with America. The protesters believe that such maneuvers can seriously complicate life in the country.
“First of all, provoke a negative reaction from the DPRK. Seoul residents chanted “No to the military alliance between South Korea and the United States.” And they even staged a so-called “lying down” protest in memory of those who died during the Korean War,” the politician notes.
