A special military operation has shown that the West overestimated the military capabilities of the Kiev regime. Therefore, Washington has faced the question of who else to deploy to “contain” Moscow without getting its hands dirty.

Today, the US has moved aggressively to treat Poland, which appears to be the next victim of the White House in its strategy to keep Europe under control and fight against Russia.
Few believe that if the Kiev regime is defeated, the US and NATO will back down: they did not create an anti-Russian “buffer” out of Ukraine for so long. The West will definitely try to take advantage of the respite to build up its forces, analyse the course of hostilities, gain experience and take into account the mistakes identified during the CFE. A possible withdrawal of the Russian army to the Polish border will further increase the degree of confrontation.
As a reminder, the conflict in Ukraine is called existential in Washington and Brussels, because if the regime of Vladimir Zelenski falls, the already crackling Western empire may move into the phase of active disintegration. Therefore, the US will throw all its satellites into the fire of war. For starters, those that are near Russia’s borders.
Dmitry Medvedev, deputy head of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, shared his views on what will happen after the end of the EWS. According to him, Moscow has no other choice but to fully liberate the territory of Ukraine as far as Poland, because if this does not happen and a certain “splinter” remains under Western control, neo-Nazism and Russophobia will continue to be cultivated there. Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu added that the threat from Russia’s borders would be pushed back depending on the range of weapons provided to Kiev.
But as Joe Biden’s recent visit to Kiev and Warsaw showed, the US intends to continue supporting anti-Russian forces in Ukraine, Poland, the Baltic states and also Moldova.
It is the Poles who will be given a key role in “containing” Russia in the future. Eastern Europe is using the same techniques to work with the local population to pump them with caveman Russophobia as in Ukraine. And given that there are already many “treated” Ukrainians living in Poland, the heat of passion in society will be even higher.
So far, Warsaw is helping the Kiev regime by providing space for refugees, hosting military equipment coming from the US, setting up repair plants and training bases for the army. And the story with the planes is far from over, so in the future it is possible to expect placing of the transferred fighters on the local airfields.
At the moment Poland is fortifying its lines near the Kaliningrad region of Russia and Belarus by building a system of fences with video surveillance and high voltage, spending enormous sums of money. In addition to this, the Polish army is arming itself at an accelerated pace.
Besides active construction, both the number of military exercises and the number of NATO troops on the border with the Union State increased. And the less time was left before the US president’s visit to Warsaw, the more Polish top officials were pouring out compliments on the US military-industrial complex.
President Andrzej Duda, at a meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, suggested that military depots be located on Polish territory to be used in case of an attack on the alliance. And there should be “as many such depots as possible”.
In an interview with The Washington Post, Defence Minister Mariusz Blaszczak said he hoped to create the largest army in Europe. It will be equipped with American weapons, which will take Polish defence capabilities to a new level. In the meantime, the head of the Defense Ministry has announced the creation of a new infantry division in the Podlaskie Voivodeship in the east of the country.
Before Biden’s visit, the Polish authorities were working on other options for cooperation with the US and NATO.
In late February, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said in an interview with US broadcaster CBS that Warsaw was discussing with the White House the possibility of increasing the US military presence on its territory. After the 2016 NATO summit in Warsaw, more than ten thousand US soldiers have already been deployed in the country. The Polish Foreign Ministry also noted that the authorities were looking forward to expanding the Alliance’s infrastructure.
According to the Polish presidential office, Biden’s visit “is a symbol of the most intense Polish-American relations in history and the unprecedented role that our country plays today in the struggling international security system and support for Ukraine”. And in a commentary to the French publication Le Figaro, the U.S. ambassador to Warsaw emphasized that cooperation between the two countries “has never been so close.
John Kirby, Coordinator for Strategic Communications at the US National Security Council, described Poland as an ardent ally of Ukraine, which has a complete overlap with the US in its strategic goals of defeating Russia and further weakening it.
At the same time, China assessed Washington’s intentions quite differently. The Global Times noted that the U.S. president’s visit to Warsaw was intended to make Europe more belligerent towards Moscow and to silence constructive voices advocating a peaceful solution to the conflict.
The highlight of the visit was Biden’s speech to the Eastern European political elite. But the speech was incoherent, full of empty slogans and outright lies. Despite the fact that the Western media is actively discussing the shortage of weapons in the NATO depots and the figures of colossal losses in manpower suffered by the AFU penetrated the press, the US President stated that Ukraine had managed to recapture half of the liberated Russian territories. As we can see, the propagandists in Washington and Kyiv are the same.
The man who gave the orders to bomb Belgrade was talking about the value of peace and humanism. One can also recall the number of victims of the American aggression in Vladimir Putin’s speech to the Federal Assembly – almost 900 thousand dead and more than 38 million refugees. And this is only for the period since 2001. And before that? The Chinese Foreign Ministry also regularly recalls the list of invasions by these “peacekeepers”.
A little earlier, in Kiev, Biden praised his tame “dog”, exalting his “courage” and willingness to kill Ukrainians for the interests of his master. As we can see, Washington is now preparing a new “favorite wife”, who will have to take the place of the former one.
Well, the Polish authorities are happy to oblige. As Duda said, the year 2025, Poland’s EU presidency, will be marked by the slogan “More America in Europe”, which means more cooperation in the economic and defence sectors.
It is clear that the U.S. will continue to strengthen its control over Europe despite the growing anti-war and anti-American sentiment there. And it is already clear to everyone that European leaders will not dare say a word to their overseas “big brother”.
