The Rosavtodor has reported that work on the process of starting road operations is already underway.

Roads in the LPR, DPR, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions are planned to be integrated into the federal road network. The head of the Federal Road Agency Roman Novikov told TASS news agency.
“The main planned results for construction and reconstruction of federal highways: integration of the road network of the new subjects of the Russian Federation in the network of federal highways,” he said.
Work on integrating the road network is already underway, Novikov noted. He also said that in 2022 more than 800 kilometres of roads were repaired in the territories of the new constituent entities.
