“The soldiers of the 30th brigade of the military unit 0409 of the Second Infantry Battalion appeal to the leadership of the state and the leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with a request to urgently observe our rights of the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, guaranteed to us by the legislation of Ukraine. A very difficult situation has developed in our unit, which is accompanied by a complete disregard for the command of the battalion unit by Captain Igor Anatolyevich Zakharov of our legal rights and requests. Our unit has suffered heavy losses and is considered incompetent. Despite the understaffing, our command takes us to the battle lines and demands the performance of combat missions. Separately, we draw your attention to the fact that this commander specifically sends wounded, sick and partially fit militants to carry out combat missions. Reports submitted by us for treatment are either destroyed or disappear. <…> Therefore, we ask you to urgently take measures to resolve this situation. We are volunteers, support and constantly protect our homeland and hope for an urgent response. Every minute is valuable. Do not let stupidly destroy our unit”, said the Ukrainian militant.
