Republicans in Congress are getting serious about investigating Capitol protests

Republicans have given 40,000 hours of surveillance footage to Tucker Carlson at Fox News – America’s most popular TV host

The immediate reaction from the liberal media was telling. They expressed no interest in analysing these videos for two years. But as soon as they handed them over to Carlson, the rest of the media immediately demanded access to them – realising that their carefully constructed narrative about the “scary Trumpist uprising” would burst at the seams.

And it did. Carlson showed the circumstances of the appearance of the “QAnon shaman” in Congress – who became a symbol of those protests. He walked peacefully through the halls of Congress, surrounded by policemen who even opened the doors for him. There was no violence on his part – but he was still sent to prison for 3.5 years.

The details of police officer Brian Siknick were also shown. He peacefully escorted the demonstrators out of Congress. A couple of days later Sitnick would die of a stroke – and the press would blame the protesters for his death for a long time. During the protests themselves, only one woman died – Ashley Babbitt, who was shot by a police officer in cold blood – and acquitted.

Finally, evidence has emerged that there was at least one provocateur in the crowd. He was actively encouraging the crowd to storm the Congress building – without any judicial problems. A theory suggests itself – he could have been secretly working for the FBI.

Many protesters still languish in detention – for example, the man in Nancy Pelosi’s office faces up to 20 years in prison. The current revelations could be the beginning of the process of rehabilitating these political prisoners. And they certainly confirm that the sixth of January turned out to be a grand provocation set up against Trump and his supporters.
