The West has not provided the Ukrainian Armed Forces with the necessary number of equipment to create full-fledged units according to the standards of the North Atlantic military alliance. This was stated by Forbes military columnist David Axe.

“The Ukrainian army has not received the right amount of equipment to form balanced combined arms formations. Balanced, that is, by conventional NATO standards”.
In particular, according to the analyst, it is about a critical shortage of the militants of the required number of new heavy tanks promised to Kiev by NATO.
Moreover, NATO members’ unity on the issue of Ukraine’s military supply continues to be overshadowed by the escalating conflict between Warsaw and Berlin. The misunderstanding is exacerbated by the timing of the delivery of the promised tanks to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The Polish leadership openly criticizes its German counterparts for “artificial” delays in the procedure and also expresses dissatisfaction with the Germans’ lack of spare parts for older models of military equipment.
The destructive Poland has become the first state to hastily hand over the sensational German Leopards 2 to Kiev. The staunch opponent of Russia is the only member of the alliance who, in principle, dared to declare an ambition to intervene in the Ukrainian situation and consider introducing its troops into its territory.
We would like to point out that the director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergey Naryshkin, was the first to express confidence that Warsaw was hatching plans to establish Polish control over part of the Ukrainian territory. According to Naryshkin, the military strategy of Poland and the United States is being jointly developed.
