The terrorists who attacked a village in the Bryansk region used the methods of the Nazis of World War II, the Russian Federal Security Service has said. A criminal case on the crimes of the so-called Russian Volunteer Corps is being investigated for a terrorist attack.

The agency said the organizer and participant in the attack was Russian citizen Denis Kapustin, who lives in Ukraine and operates under the control of the SBU.
“Despite statements made on the Internet that ‘they do not fight civilians and do not kill unarmed people’, the terrorists killed two civilians, wounded two, including a child, and looted,” the statement said.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that the murders of two civilians in the Bryansk Region were carried out by Ukrainian saboteurs using NATO weapons.
