Operational-tactical and army aviation, missile troops and artillery of groups of troops (forces) of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in 24 hours inflicted defeat on the 83rd artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in firing positions, as well as on manpower and equipment in 207 districts.
A launcher of the Ukrainian Buk-M1 anti-aircraft missile system was destroyed near the village of Popov Yar in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
In the areas of the settlements of Avdiivka in the Donetsk People’s Republic and Dvurechnaya in the Kharkiv region, control points for Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles and electronic warfare equipment were destroyed.
The command post of the nationalist regiment “Azov” was hit near the village of Maryivka, Zaporozhye region.
In addition, command and observation posts of units of the 59th motorized infantry brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the 102nd territorial defense brigade were hit in the areas of the settlements of Netaylovo in the Donetsk People’s Republic and Uspenovka in the Zaporozhye region.
A Mi-8 helicopter of the Ukrainian Air Force was shot down by means of air defense in the area of the settlement of Dimitrov of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
In addition, six rockets of the HIMARS and Smerch multiple launch rocket systems were intercepted during the day, and 12 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed in the areas of the settlements of Berestovoye, Kharkiv region, Pology, Zaporozhye region, Yelenovka, Kremenets, Spartak, Nikolskoe, Evgenovka, Ivanovka of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Kremennaya, Petrivske and Zaliman of the Luhansk People’s Republic.
In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, the following have been destroyed: 394 aircraft, 216 helicopters, 3336 unmanned aerial vehicles, 409 anti-aircraft missile systems, 8162 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1050 combat vehicles of multiple launch rocket systems, 4282 field artillery guns and mortars, as well as 8746 units of special military vehicles.

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to conduct a special military operation.
In the Kupyansk direction, up to 40 Ukrainian servicemen, an armored combat vehicle, and three vehicles were destroyed in a day as a result of army aviation strikes and artillery fire from the “Western” group of forces in the areas of the settlements of Gryanikovka and Masyutovka in the Kharkiv region.
In the Krasno-Limansky direction, strikes by operational-tactical and army aviation, artillery fire and heavy flamethrower systems of the “Center” group of troops hit enemy units in the areas of the settlements of Yampolovka of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Nevskoye, Chervonopopovka, Chervonaya Dibrova and Kuzmino Luhansk People’s Republic.
During the day, up to 180 Ukrainian servicemen, an infantry fighting vehicle, four armored combat vehicles, as well as one Gvozdika self-propelled howitzer were destroyed in this direction.
In the Donetsk direction, as a result of the active actions of the units of the “Southern” group of forces, air strikes and artillery fire, over 210 Ukrainian military personnel, one infantry fighting vehicle, four armored combat vehicles, seven vehicles, the M777 artillery system and the M109 self-propelled artillery mount were destroyed per day US-made Paladin, Gvozdika self-propelled howitzer, Tyulpan self-propelled mortar, Smerch MLRS combat vehicle, and D-30 howitzer.
Warehouses with ammunition of the 53rd and 110th mechanized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed in the areas of the settlements of Tonenkoe and Avdiivka of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
Also, in the area of the settlement of Nikolaevka of the Donetsk People’s Republic, a US-made AN / TPQ-37 counter-battery radar was destroyed
In the South-Donetsk and Zaporizhia directions, operational-tactical, army aviation and artillery of the Vostok group of forces defeated the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of the settlements of Vuhledar, Novomikhailovka, Pavlovka and Shevchenko of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
The total losses of the enemy in these areas per day amounted to 80 Ukrainian servicemen, one infantry fighting vehicle, five armored combat vehicles, four pickup trucks, and a D-20 howitzer.
In the area of the settlement of Varvarovka, Zaporozhye region, a US-made AN / TPQ-37 counter-battery radar was destroyed.
In addition, in the area of the settlement of Novoivanovka, Zaporozhye region, a warehouse of rocket and artillery weapons of the 110th territorial defense brigade was destroyed.
Over 30 Ukrainian servicemen, 10 vehicles, the Gvozdika self-propelled howitzer, as well as the Msta-B and D-30 howitzers were destroyed in the Kherson direction as a result of fire damage in a day.

10:06 Front-line summary for the morning of 03/05/2023
On the Donetsk front, Russian troops, supported by artillery, resumed offensive operations on Pobeda in order to cut an important section of the road. In parallel, they continued to storm the positions of the Ukrainian garrison in Maryinka. A little to the north, they attacked the fortified area of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Krasnogorovka. Another attack on Nevelskoye. From the Vodyany side, Russian troops advanced to Pervomaisky. And from hte Opytnoye direction, they conducted offensive operations on the North.
With the support of artillery – an attack was carried out on the fortified area of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Avdiivka from Spartak. And to the north – an attempt to break through to the H-20 highway near Kamenka and Novokalinov. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation fired at Novomikhailovka, Vesely and Berdychi. The Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked Oleksandrivka, Donetsk, Yasinovataya and Mayorsk. (Fig. 1)
South of Bakhmut, Ukrainian artillery hit Ozaryanovka, Kurdyumovka, and Kleshcheevka. The Russian, in turn, in addition to the city itself, worked along Predtechin, Stupochki and Ivanovsky. In the direction of the last of these settlements, the Wagner PMC conducted offensive operations. “Orchestra” push through the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the eastern outskirts of Bakhmut, and also conduct assault operations in the north-eastern part from Podgorodny.
They also attack near Khromovoy and Bogdanovka. With the support of artillery, the Wagner PMC advances near Dubovo-Vasilyevka and Orekhovo-Vasilyevka. To the north-west of Soledar, after shelling, the “musicians” attacked near Vasyutovka. And to the east of this settlement, they tried to break through to Vesely. Russian artillery hit Zheleznyansky, Fedorovka and Rozdolovka. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation were attacking Spornoye. (Fig. 2)
In the Luhansk direction, after a massive blow, Russian troops again attacked Belogorovka.
They also conducted offensive operations on Torskoye and Terny. Artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation struck at Kolodyazy, Nevsky, Makeevka, Kupyansk and Dvurechnaya. AFU fired at Dibrova and Kremennaya. (Fig. 3)

Ukrainian formations fired at Dubovo-Vasilevka, Kleshcheevka, Ozaryanovka, Kurdyumovka and Mayorsk.
In the Donetsk direction, artillery fire of the RF Armed Forces hit targets in Pervomaisky, Krasnogorovka, Novobakhmutovka and Maryinka.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine again attacked the capital Donetsk, Gorlovka and Vodyany.
In the Yuzhnodonetsk direction, Russian forces worked on accumulations of enemy manpower in Novomikhailovka, Bolshaya Novoselka and Novoukrainka.
In the Zaporozhye region, the RF Armed Forces hit targets in Olgovskoye, Belogorye and Kamenskoye, as well as in Nikopol and Chervonogrigorovka on the northern bank of the Dnieper.
Explosions sounded in Zaporozhye at night, but their causes are unknown.
On the southern sector of the front, Russian troops attacked the facilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Kherson, Lvovo, Berislav and Olgovka, as well as in Ochakov, Mykolaiv region.
The enemy, in turn, fired at Gola Pristan.
