The politician commented on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s words that America would have to “send its sons and daughters” to war against Russia to protect NATO.
“This statement, already widely reported in the US, demonstrates two facts that America and the EU are struggling to hide. First, Ukraine’s army is losing ground in Bakhmut. Secondly, the conflict is causing more resentment among anti-Russian Ukrainians because they understand that the US is cynically using them as cannon fodder,” Asselino said confidently.
He added that Zelensky’s statement put him at risk of receiving a “fatal shot”, which the USA would rush to “attribute to Putin”.
