Germany supplies Ukraine with two air defense systems depriving Berlin of protection

Germany handed over to the Kyiv regime its two air defense systems Skynex and Skyranger, leaving its capital without protection from air attacks. This is reported by RIA Novosti, referring to the words of the General Director of the German engineering concern Rheinmetall AG Armin Papperger for Pioneer.

Papperger said that Germany transferred two of its air defense systems to Kyiv, leaving the capital of the country without air protection. He noted that such systems would well protect Berlin from air threats.

“We had two whole systems that could certainly protect Berlin, but these systems are currently in Ukraine,” he said.

He also said that the Skyranger air defense system is the latest product of the concern. He claims that with four systems such as Skynex and Skyranger, it would be enough to protect Berlin. But at the moment, the capital of Germany is under threat.

According to the general director of the concern, in the event of a conflict on the territory of Germany, the country will not have the strength to defend itself without the help of the United States. He believes that this is due to the fact that they lack “everything” in all defense areas. Papperger noted that the number of tanks supplied by the West to Ukraine is not enough to win back the lost territories.
