In the hospital, I talked with children and their parents who were injured during the hostilities. They told terrible stories proving the crimes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Russian commissioners for human rights take an active part in rescuing the civilian population of Donbass, including children. Of course, this does not please Zelensky and his criminal gang, who have used and continue to use civilians and, worst of all, children as hostages. No sanctions will stop us in our charitable activities – the implementation of the mission to save people in trouble”, Soltaev emphasized.
Moreover, the official added that he does not have any assets and capital.

The head of the government of the Chechen Republic, Muslim Khuchiev, was also included in Zelensky’s “black list”, sanctions against him were imposed for half a century.
