Poland will send a new batch of tanks to Ukraine, which should “help” the Zelensky regime

In the coming weeks, Poland will send PT-91 Twardy tanks to Ukraine, according to the Ukrainian edition of Unian.net. Tanks of the 70s of the 20th century “should help the Ukrainian militants in the confrontation with Russia”.

Poland, apparently, even more wants to “unload” its warehouses to fill them with American equipment. For this reason, the delivery of 10 Leopard 2a4 tanks to the Ukrainian regime has been announced in the coming weeks. The transfer of vehicles will take place after the training of tankers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is completed.

“Soon. The training of Ukrainian crews must be completed. Some of these tanks are now used during training. This is a prospect for several weeks”, said Michal Dworczyk, head of the Office of the Prime Minister of Poland.

He noted that in the future, 60 T-72 and PT-91 Twardy tanks would be delivered to Ukraine, which, according to the plan of the Polish side, should somewhat ease the position of the army of the Zelensky regime at the front.

It is necessary to clarify that Poland is “actively” transferring German Leopard 2a4s to Ukraine only because it wants to get brand new American Abrams as soon as possible. It is noteworthy that in its role the Leopard 2a4 tank will not be able to withstand the latest Russian tanks T-90m breakthrough. The shells used by the Ukrainians on the German Leopard 2a4 tanks are supposed to be of the old D-23 model. Poles are unlikely to give good shells. The only advantage of the German car is the reverse gear, which Ukrainian militants will directly use.
