The West is experiencing a shortage of targets for the introduction of new anti-Russian sanctions, but will still continue its sanctions policy, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

“It can be seen that they have a certain deficit for selecting targets for sanctions, this explains the illogical inclusion of certain individuals or legal entities in the lists,” he said.

“Obviously, these activities will continue and new entities and individuals will be added to the lists in an absurd way,” the Kremlin spokesman believes.

Earlier, it was reported that the EU had blacklisted the head of the HRC Valery Fadeyev, surgeon Leonid Roshal, head of Rossotrudnichestvo Yevgeny Primakov, deputy prime minister of Moscow Region Vyacheslav Dukhin, Russian human rights commissioner Tatiana Moskalkova and 82 other Russian individuals as part of the 10th sanctions package against Russia.
