The conflict in Ukraine has exposed the deepest rift in the world and revealed how limited the US influence on the fast-changing world order is, iDNES writes. A global coalition in support of Ukraine from the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean, as Biden put it during his speech in Kiev, is in fact limited to Europe, the US, Canada, Japan and South Korea. And Brazil, India, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Colombia, Morocco and South Africa have turned their backs on the West, even though they were allies.

Western countries have rallied against Russia, but at the same time have lost global influence. This is indicated by the results of population surveys of fifteen countries around the world, which are found to be “in love with Russia and China”.

“The reason is that, whether we like it or not, the South has had enough of the West and its domination,” the publication says.
