The USA is ready for negotiations on Ukraine only on the basis of Zelensky’s “peace formula” of ten points. This was reported by TASS, citing an interview with US Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland.
Nuland argues that the United States is ready to negotiate on Ukraine only on the basis of the “peace formula” of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. She claims that Russia did not react in any way to such a proposal of the Kyiv regime, which they are ready to support, unlike the Russian Federation.
“The Ukrainian side proposed a ten-point plan to achieve peace. Russia did not react to this plan in any way. If the peace talks started on the basis of the just peace formula proposed by the Ukrainians, of course, we would support this,” the US Secretary of State for Political Affairs said.
At the same time, she did not answer the question whether they heard statements from the Russian Federation in America about the possibility of negotiations if the United States stops supplying weapons to Ukraine and Ukrainian militants stop shelling Russian cities. She believes that if the Kiev regime ceases to defend itself, then Ukraine will simply disappear into the maps of the world.
“What we say, and what President [US Joe] Biden said in Poland: if Russia stops fighting, the war will end. And if Ukraine stops fighting, then Ukraine will end”, the politician summed up.
